I think I first saw this when I was 17. This will always be a point of reference for me, in my life…I’ll always come back to it. –some real existential questions (problems) addressed, in this piece. And it’s very cool… moving and interesting. can’t recommend it enough..

-there are some songs and other creative pieces that really stick with a person, through the years. I’ve been lucky enough to have come across many* creative//artistic pieces that’ve resonated w/ me, before. That I keep as ‘references’ – guides, so to speak, for understanding different aspects of life, etc. The two aforementioned pieces (song + spoken word performance) are only a few ones, that I have. I actually have several spoken word pieces that I like…deep ones that are like, ‘classics,’ in my eyes. And: as someone who likes to look at drawings, editorial illustrations, political cartoons, and etc, i’ve spent a lot of time online looking at different artists’ portfolios. I’ve taken many cool messages with me, from viewing that type of work.. -and as an english major in college, i’ve also luckily read* a lot of strong, important work – literature… -and, as someone who likes music w/ powerful themes//messages (usually with limited instruments, used. Like, just the voice, + piano. Or the voice, + guitar.. thats my preference, rofl) – as someone who likes that type of music, I’ve come across a lot* of cool songs… just within that limited genre. So in a nutshell, i have many* cool art/music/lit./creative pieces that i’ve come across, that i’ve consumed. Maybe even more so than the average person(?) i dont wanna exalt myself too much, tho 😅😅😂
-i’ll Prolly make a list of all my favorite creative pieces (songs, illustrations/paintings, books, poems, and etc.), and post it on this blog.. 😬🙌🏿 -i’m excited for that, actually 😆🤓
