My counsel/advice to people who heard backbiting
Well, if they really had her best interests at heart, would they be saying all this bad stuff about her behind her back? These are her enemies, quite obviously. I’m not saying they’re bad people. They could be wonderful, beautiful people, normally. But they do have flaws, themselves. They have that dark side. Use your common sense, and don’t believe everything you hear. Just simply pray for the backbitten, if anything. Pray for the downtrodden, the persecuted, and the outcasts. And the vulnerable, the marginalized, and the weaker members of society–pray for their welfare. -Sometimes you have to look at things with a spiritual eye; you have to contextualize, and you have to look at it the way Allah swt would look at it. | Long story short; these are bullies//they’re being bullies, here. If they weren’t bullies, they wouldn’t gang up on her like that. They wouldn’t gossip about her behind her back. It’s malicious, and a major sin, in fact. And who even knows, they could have fabricated the entire story. But my counsel/advice is to use your common sense; don’t believe everything you hear; and pray hard for the backbitten and the outcasts. Keep them in your prayers every day. It’s not easy to go through that kind of thing.
